Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke noted that Washington’s new ordinance - which requires a license from the town for any waste disposal facility within three miles oi the town well - does not include' “any real standards, any engineering standards.” Without those standards, there’s no way to determine what form test reports should take, he said, but agreed to provide the Washington Council with copies of the reports submitted to the state’s Bureau of Waste Management.
