Remember the old adage “two heads are better than one”? I’m sure the members of the Board of Supervisors appreciate the fact that they can work together. By combining their skills, they can find the best solution to a county problem. Yet V there are times when it is an advantage to delegate some of their responsibility. Sports,splays, band, chorus and other group activities at our schools that require a gymnasium or auditorium provide the best opportunity for young people to learn these skills — skills to use later in life when they are deciding our future at a board meeting.
Let’s give our youth the opportunity for a full, well-rounded education!
