CHRISTMAS IS SPRINGING up all over Rappahannock! From Sperryville to Amissville, businesses participated in the weekend’s Christmas celebration. Quilts are among the many items available at the Sperry ville Antique Market (top), which is staying open all winter for the first time this year. Amissville Flowers and Crafts has a beautiful selection of poinsettias and Christmas cactus (looked after by owner Maurice Putnam and his wife, Carolyn), as well as a variety of crafts for Rappahannock shoppers.
