• Asked for a determination * on whether zoning administrator John McCarthy can be trained to use noise measuring equipment and then recognized as an expert witness to give testimony regarding compliance with local noise ordinances.

• Authorized the county treasurer to start the process for sale of property on which local taxes remain unpaid for three or more years.
