WHEREAS, it hath pleased our Heavenly Father to remove from our midst Thomas V. Williams, and
WHEREAS, Thomas V. Williams has been a Director, Vice President of The Rappahannock National Bank and served in these positions faithfully for a number of years, and
WHEREAS, we miss his friendship, loyalty and guidance,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we express our deep feeling of loss by spreading a copy of this resolution upon our minutes, by sending a copy to the Family of Thomas V. Williams, and by having a copy published in the Rappahannock News.
