To the editor:
In talking with citizens of Rappahannock County about the building project of Rappahannock County High School, I find that quite a few of them are against a new gymnasium in our school. It has been said that we don’t need a bigger room to play in.
We are not pre-schoolers asking for a play room with wind-up toys ,and jack-in-the-boxes. We are teenagers not asking, butt pleading for a new gym so that We can have more sports and school activities to get involved in. What is there in Rappahannock County for teenagers to do after school and on weekends? Not much of anything.
