‘Pretty In Pink9
The movie Pretty in Pink will be playing at the Gay Street Theatre on Saturday and Sunday, March 21 and 22, at 7:30 p.m. The movie stars Molly Ringwald, Harry Dean Stanton and Jon Cryer. Ringwald and director John Hughes are reunited for another intelligent and humorous film about friendship, loyalty and peer pressure in the confusing ’80s. One reviewer described this heartwarming story as a "hip fairy-tide.” The movie is rated PG13. Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for children.
Fashion show planned
The annual fashion show sponsored by the Rappahannock Woman’s Club will be held Sunday, April 5, at 2 p.m. at the Rappahannock Elementary School.
Fashions carrying out the theme "Bon Voyage” will be presented by Frank’s and Warren Quality Shop of Front Royal, Jack & Jill of Culpeper, The Second Look and The Peppermint Stick of Madison.
Proceeds from the show will go toward the Woman’s Club scholarship and Rappahannock Area Little League Baseball safety equipment. Advance tickets may be purchased from any member.
Auction planned

Pictures to be taken
The photographer will be at the Washington Baptist Church on Saturday, March 28, from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. to take pictures to be used in the new chinch directory. For further information call Mi«w Mary Miller Wood at 675-3639.
ARB to meet
The Architectural Review Board will meet Thursday, March 19, at 8 p.m. in the courthouse. Interested persons are urged to attend.
Woman’s Club to meet
The Rappahannock Woman’s Club will meet on Tuesday, March 24, at 8 p.m. at the home of Mrs. Bonnie Williams near Flint Hill. All members are urged to attend as final fashion show plans will be discussed.
Flexercise and Aerobic Classes
A six-week series of aerobic dance classes will start Thursday, March 19. Classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m. at the Rappahannock Elementary School and Tuesdays and Fridays at 4 p.m. at the Flint Hill fire hall. Class fee is $25 for twice a week and $35 for unlimited attendance at aerobic and flexercise classes.
Flexercise classes will begin Monday, March 23, at 6 p.m. Classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. at the elementary school. Class fee is $20 for once a week and $25 for twice a week. Gall Rose Ann Sharp at 675-3887 for more information.
