The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors hereby invites interested contractors to submit bids to provide all labor and materials for the provision of handicapped access to the Rappahannock County Courthouse in accordance with drawings and specifications which are available in the Building, Zoning and Administration Office of Rappahannock County, Washington, Va. from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. The bidding procedures for competitive sealed bidding provided by the Virginia Public Procurement Act, Section 11-37 et seq of the Code of Virginia, shall apply.
The County reserves the right to have its architect inspect any portion of the constructs project, to assure compliance With specifications. Sealed bids should be submitted to the Administrative Assistant of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors, at P.O.
