Cleverley, widow, by deed dated September 30, 1977, and recorded October 4,1977, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 125, at page 567. The terms of sale will be cash with 10% deposit within five days after the date of acceptance of the bid, with settlement of sale within thirty days after acceptance of bid. The sale will be subject to all valid and existing conditions, easements, rights of way, roadways, reservations, graveyards, and restrictions, if any, heretofore imposed upon said property by prescription, recorded deed or plat and which may be disclosed by an inspection of the premises or which may be binding thereon. The highest and best offer received for the property will be subject to acceptance or rejection by the undersigned Executor, and is also subject to a right of first refusal heretofore granted to the current tenant of the property. Bids must be submitted to the undersigned in writing on or before noon, March 24, 1987. the time at which the bids will be opened.
