"I’m still interested, and I still have a child in school. That puts me a little closer to the schools than if I just came over here once a month for the board meetings,” Paul Nichols said last week, announcing that he is a candidate for reappointment to the School Board. “I have not yet spoken with Mr. (Hubert) Gilkey, Wakefield District supervisor, but if he wants to reappoint me, I will gladly accept,” he added.
