A dedicated group of Rappahannock citizens is looking for fellow Rappahannock citizens who want tc improve their reading skills, prepare for the high school equivalency program, get a driver’s license, read the Bible, or even learn basic reading and writing.
These men and women are Rappahannock Literacy Volunteers. They work one on one with their clients for an hour or two each week. There is no charge and they schedule
