In most cases only an inspection will be necessary and the pest controller will not have to apply additional treatments.
Don’t fall into any traps. Have only one service contract with one firm. If another company offers to inspect the house free of charge, claims finding evidence of termites and wants to treat it, don’t let them. Call your contracting firm.
It is never wise to do business on the spot with an exterminator, house repair crew, roof painter or anyone else who stops by and offers to perform a service. Always get a second opinion, check the credentials of the individuals involved and get some comparison prices.
