A workshop on“The Ancient Art of Color Healing” will be presented Tuesday, August 18, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Middle Street Gallery in Washington. The workshop will discuss the subtle yet powerful influence color has upon our health and emotions. Healers have used color for centuries and continue to do so today.
Historical accounts from ancient civilizations 'as well as- the instruc- * tor’s personal stories of clients successfully using color will be discussed.
Kathleen Maier is a Certified Physician’s Assistant who has studied herbal medicine for five years and Tai Chi for six. She has led various workshops in natural healing and has a private practice in body therapies, herbal consultations, and guided imagery.
