ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to establish an easement by prescription to the continued and uninterrupted use of a private roadway to a public road known as Virginia Route 617, located in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia and which runs from lands owned by the Plaintiff and continues through the land of Defendants, Ray T. Cannon and Ruby S. Cannon, and Defendants, Allie Fitzhugh, Jack Payton, Willard Payton, Elizabeth Beasley, Edwina Payton and parties unknown.

An Affidavit has been made and signed that the whereabouts of Allie Fitzhugh, Jack Payton, Willard Payton, Elizabeth Beasley, Edwina Payton and other heirs, devisees, successors and assigns of them are unknown and that a due and diligent search has been made to located these parties, therefore it is hereby ORDERED, that each of the said parties appear on or before August 28, 1987, and do whatever is necessary to protect their interest in said easement or adjoining land.

It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock.
