Black Raspberry Jam
2 qts. black raspberries
7 cups sugar
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
Puree 1 qt. of fruit in the blender. Add to remaining berries, add Sure-Jell and stir over medium heat until it comes to a full boil. Add sugar and continue stirring and boiling. Boil for 1 minute. Pour into sterilized jars. Add 1/4 inch of paraf
