I was disappointed in your July 23rd editorial against the “Rolling Chapel.” This program has been operating in Culpeper County for over 46 years, each year attracting some 2,000 youngsters, with parental permission and encouragement. It operates on an off-time, off-campus basis, throughout Virginia and in six other states.
