At a shareholders meeting last month, Blakeley Bank and Trust Co. of RanSon, W. Va. approved a merger with F & M National Corp. of Winchester, a bank holding company which includes the F & M Bank in Flint Hill. On June 30, Blakeley reported assets of $64.8 million, while F & M National's assets totalled $534.7 million.
