The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise of a tract of land containing 96 acres, more or less, located in the Stonewall-Hawthome Magisterial District, Rappahannock County Virginia, described according to deed and agreement dated May 15,1905 and recorded in Will Book W at Page 501 amongst the land records of the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, as is more fully recited in the Bill of Complaint filed herein.

An Affidavit having been made and filed and the number of defendants herein upon whom service has been served exceeding ten (10), and it further appearing that said defendants represent like interests with the parties not served with process, and that these are parties to be served herein who are nonresident individuals, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names and/or addresses are unknown, the Bill of Complaint herein having made said parties defendant by the general description, PARTIES UNKNOWN, and it further appearing that there are additional persons who should be named as party defendants herein, it is, therefore
