Delegate Alson Smith, Jr. of Winchester, Chairman of the Joint Legislative Subcommittee Examining the Commonwealth’s Role in the Provision of Housing for Migrant Workers, has scheduled a Public Hearing on Thursday, Sept. 29, at 7:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn in Winchester, 1050 Millwood Pike (the intersection of Interstate 81 and U.S. Route 50). This study was established pursuant to House Joint Resolution No. 117 of the 1988 Session of the General Assembly.
