Integrity. It's a word that is too often left out of people’s vocabularies. YVhat does it mean? It is an adherence to a moral code, incorruptabilitv, the state of being complete or undivided. It is a synonym for honesty.

Have you ever met someone who was completely grounded in their values and morals? They seem at ease with themselves, and unafraid to stand up for what they believe. They speak their mind, even when their opinion goes against the popular view.

These are the people whom others seem to naturally trust. There is never a question of confidentiality when sharing deep, personal concerns. There is no discomfort when discussing money because you know their value system and their high regard for honesty.
