The funeral will be held today, Sept. 29 at 2 p.m. at the Clore Funeral Home in Culpeper with the Rev. Dallas Beall officiating. Burial will be in Woodville Cemetery.
Roby Coffey
Roby Leroy Coffey, 69, of Orange, died Sept. 20 at his residence.
Mr. Coffey was born May 3, 1919 in Boone, N.C., the son of the late Roby Coffey and Annie Wright Coffey. He was a retired carpenter and a member of Grace Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Bertha Dyel|• Coffey, Orange; three daughters, Marlon Kay Hagerty, Sperryville, Annie Rowena Kennedy, Unionville and Brenda Mae Jolly, Elkton; four sons, Ray H. Coffey, Amissville, David T. Coffey and Doane M. Coffey, both of Boston and Gary L. Coffey, Woodville; one brother, Boyd R. Coffey, Culpeper; .four sisters, Aileen Ford and Coralee Miller, both of Hudson, N.C., Lottamerle Hensley, Reva and Binar C. Coffey, High Point, N.C.; 23 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sept. 23 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Orange with the Rev. Benjamin Kistler officiating. Interment was in Graham Cemetery.
Lorelle Burner
Mrs. Lorelle Mason Burner, 71, of Arlington, widow of Howard E. Burner, died Sept. 19 at Arlington Hospital.
Mrs. Burner was a native of Rappahannock County. She was the daughter of the late Noah and Mary Browning Grimsley Putnam. She was a retired switchboard operator.
