Spirit Arts Fair
Due to rain the Spirit Arts Fair has been rescheduled for October 1. This is an outdoor frestival of psychic, healing and creative arts. There will be food, entertainment, activities for kids and fine arts and crafts, as well as a variety of spiritual practitioners who will talk about their work and help others. The festival will be held at Horseshoe Hills on Rt. 211 west of Sperryville from 11 a. m. until dark. A $2 donation is requested, kids are admitted free. “Bring your talents and instruments for an open mike around 5 p.m.,” said Toni White. For more information, contact Ms. White (675-3120).
Craft and bake sale
The Culpeper Extension Homemaker Club’s 17th annual craft and bake sale will be held on Saturday, Oct. 1 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Homemakers Building, Culpeper Agriculture Enterprises grounds, 1 mile south of Culpeper on Rt. 29. Healing the family workshop
“Healing the family in the wise woman way”, a workshop led by Sherry Willis and Kathleen Maier, will be held in Flint Hill on Oct. 1 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. The workshop presents parents as the family’s primary healer, while addressing the needs of practictioner and others interested in an in-depth exploration of the Six Steps of Healing as practiced in the Tradition.

Artists' Forum
“Publicizing Yourself,” the constant concern of the small businessman and artist, will be the title of the RAAC Artists’ Forum presentation on Friday, Sept. 30 at Blackwater Homestead in Boston from 7-10 p.m. Participants will learn basic concepts of promotion, publication design and printing techniques.
