He said that the Huntly site may have to be closed for several days to accomplish the cleanup and grading necessary' for the new system. That may be necessary at the Scrabble site as well, but possibly not because of the larger area there. In any event, Mr. McCarthy said, public notice of the county’s plans will appear in the Rappahannock News prior to any action.
