NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED

BOND FINANCING BY THE COUNTY OF

RAPPAHANNOCK, VA.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia (“County”) will hold a public hearing in accordance with Sections 15.1171.1 and 15.1-504, code of Virginia 1950 (as amended), on the issuance of not to exceed $20,703.47 in general obligation school bonds (“Bonds”) of the County to finance the purchase of equipment through the Governor’s Educational Technology Initiative Procurement and Financing Program for school purposes. A resolution authorizing the issuance of the Bonds will be considered by the Board of Supervisors at its meeting on April 3, 1989. A copy of such resolution is on file in the Office of the County Administrator in the Town of Washington, Va.

The Public hearing, which may be continued or adjourned, will be held at 7:00 p.m. on April 3, 1989, before the Board of Supervisors, in the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
