I don’t know the answer, but there has to be an answer. It’s outrageous. Every time our backs are turned, someone dumps something that doesn’t belong in there.”
When asked about his philosophy of government, Mr. Darby answered, “My overall philosophy of government ties in with why I think I would do a good job. I can get out and deal with people in this district. I like people. I can listen to them and reflect their views. I want to be the representative of the people of this district. I feel strongly in a conservative way that we must act according to the law, and we must act consistently in the way we interpret the law.”
