Egg posies
If you happen to have a special tool for slicing hard-boiled eggs into uniform rounds, probably your 3year-old can perform this job for you. If you don’t have this gadget, slice the eggs the short way with a serrated knife into 1/4-inch thick slices.
1 hard-boiled egg
1 piece toasted and buttered bread
Jelly
Slice the egg and arrange towards the tops of a medium-sized plate so that they overlap and form a flower. Add a dab of jelly in the center of the flower. To make the leaves and stem, cut the slice of buttered toast into two triangles and one long strip and arrange as shown. Viola! Beth DeBerg.
