2-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
Cream margarine with sugar. Add whole egg, egg white and vanilla and beat until mixture is a light lemon color. Add flour and mix well. Form dough in l-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on lightly-oiled cookie sheet. Flatten balls only slightly. Make an identation with thumb and fill with jelly. Bake in preheated 350 degrees F. oven 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 4 dozen. American Heart Association.
