1 1 2 cups water 1 cup milk 3/4 cup sugar 1 4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
3 eggs, separated 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Put gelatin, water, milk, sugar, salt, and coffee together in double boiler. Stir until gelatin has melted and mixture just reaches boiling point.
