iNina stamer, Kappahannock s •recycling and litter coordinator, will be one of three speakers at a recycling forum in Greenbelt, Maryland on May 16.
Mrs. Stamer has organized the county's recycling effort and the community recycling days held each pionth last fall. She was also in charge of the annual County Beautification Day, held on April 1. , She will be one of three panelists at the symposium, which will discuss issues and strategies for recycling and community involvement in the effort. Her remarks will come from Jht experience in integrating the efforts of a rural county toward both litter control and recycling.
