PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on May 1, 1989, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application(s):

Application by Roderick and Sheila Sweet to subdivide an approximately ten (10) acre parcel from their property of approximately 195 acres; (Tax Map 18, Parcel 49A). Division allowed under Section 3.42(B) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance. Property zoned “A", Agricultural and “C" Conservation.

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, April 19, 1989, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 15.1-9, if any.
