Rappahannock’s annual county Beautification Day was held on April 1 at the REC Center.
During the day, 149 volunteers cleared 737 bags of trash (123 cubic yards of litter) from 69 miles of the county’s roads. An effort was algo made to clean up one illegal dumpsite.
RALLY’S aluminum drive to benefit the class of 1990’s trip to Williamsburg netted $72.14 (166 pounds of aluminum).
