Justin, 9, and Scotty, 11, area eligible to receive scholarships from the Junior Marketing Scholarship Program of Atlantic Rural Exposition Inc., the corporation which puts on the Virginia State Fair.
Justin and Scotty are the sons of Toni and Randall Updike of Washington, and are members of the Rappahannock 4-H Livestock Club.
