Earl Kilby of Sperry ville has
been named the 1970 Outstanding Conservation Farmer of the Year in Rappahannock County. He is a farmer in the truest sense, for his entire income is derived from his 300acre farm located in the F.T. Valley on Route 231, where he lives with his wife, Ruth. He is a Rappahannock native, in fact, was bom and reared on this very farm.
