children. We value their knowledge and their ability to choose how their students can best learn a subject. We want them to be able to vary the time, materials and resources they use in teaching so they can incorporate the learning styles and interests of the children. As with any structure, constant evaluation is necessary to determine if learning goals are being achieved.
