Armando and Alfredo Pestana propose to subdivide an approximately one hundred ninety-three (193) acre parcel into seven (7) lots, each of at least twenty-five acres (25), to be served by a private road connecting to RT. 662 in Wakefield District. Use allowed under 3.3-1 (J) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.
A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, October 17, 1990, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 15.1-9, if any. The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Supervisors, address, P.
