Old Rag Bulletins Taxes due Dec. 5 County Treasurer Frances Foster ; reminds residents who have not yet paid their real estate and personal property taxes that the deadline for payment is Tuesday, Dec. 5. All taxes unpaid after Dec. 5 will be . assessed a 10 percent penalty. The i treasurer's office will be closed ’ Wednesday, Dec. 6.
