The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise, of a tract Of land of which James Edward Freeman died seized and possessed located west of the corporate limited of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing four (4) lots, as more fully described in said Petition.

An Affidavit having been made and filed and the Petition having stated that said Bernice Freeman and Kennedy Freeman are or maybe non-residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that the address of Bernice Freeman, if she is living, is unknown, and that the address of Kennedy Freeman, if he is living is unknown, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names and/ or addresses are unknown, which Petition has made said persons parties defendant by the general description PARTIES UNKNOWN, and that some or all of said persons may suffer from a legal incapacity, it is therefore,

ADJUDGED, ORDERED AND DECREED, that all possible PARTIES UNKNOWN having interest in all of that certain tract orparcel of land which
