Mr. Baltimore was bom Jan. 13, [922, in Linden, the son of the late Smmitt E. and Jennie Clowe Baltinore. He was a retired farm owner, i member of Mount Paran Baptist Church and an Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving are two daughters, Barbara Richmond of Washington, D.C. and Claudia Grant of Forestville, Md.; three sisters, Lillian Sloan and Eloise Nickens, both of Front Royal and Lucille Sykes of Washington; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Jack Sykes, Harry Sykes, Charles Sykes, Ervin Nickens, Carroll Nickens, Robert Smith and James Sykes. Honorary pallbearers were Aaron Gaskins, Lewis Gaskins, Andrew Jackson, Earl Baltimore, Theodore Baltimore, Lloyd Baltimore, Walter Lloyd and Keizah Boston.
