He is survived by his wife, Shirley Settle Wise of Reva; one daughter, Denise Ann Wise of Reva; five sons, Larry B. Wise of Rixeyville, Jesse Janies Wise of Culpeper, Gary Franklin Wise of Madison, Jeffrey Randolf Wise and William Ashby Wise, both of Reva; three grandsons and four granddaughters, Larry Jr., Curtis, Jessica, Shelly, Katie, Ashlee and Nathan. He is also survived by his father and stepmother, John F. and Lona Wise of Culpeper, three sisters, Mary Carroll Knighting of Orange, Judy Ann Garrisson of Upperville and Linda Sue McGuire of Partlow. Funeral services were held at Clore Funeral Home chapel on Nov. 15 with Mason Hutcherson, Rev. Tom Barker and Rev. Tony Gee officiating. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers were his five sons. Memorial contributions may be made to the Madison Volunteer Rescue Squad or Volunteer Fire Department or Culpeper 4-H Clubs.
