Fauquier Sheriff Ashby Olinger said that Allison’s vehicles, proplerties and bank accounts have been seized by federal authorities.

Allison’s felony conviction came on April 9, 1980, when Loudoun Circuit Court Judge Carleton Penn sentenced him to three years in thte state prison for shooting Arthur F,. Stewart Jr., according to court records.

His sentence was suspended, but he served six months in the Fauquier work release program, according to his court file.

He was released from probation in 1984, although his court file indicates that he tested positive for alcohol and cocaine use while on probation.
