The following persons were indicted by the Rappahannock Grand Jury during deliberations on Monday, July 8:
• George Robert Embrey, 35, of Amissville, for perjury. He is accused of falsely testifying that he was not driving a motor vehicle during his trial for driving under the influence of alcohol.
• Robert Wayne Franklin, 41, of Sperryville, for driving after having been declared a habitual offender.
• Melvin C. Lohr Jr., 33, of Rixeyville, for driving after having been declared a habitual offender.
• Arthur B. “Junior” Pullen Jr., 37, of Amissville, for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Pullen testified at the federal-court trial of Kenny Alii
