Garden Club college fund
The deadline is April 15 for Rappahannock High School seniors interested in applying for the Rappahannock Garden Club's two Francis J. Leonard Memorial Scholarships.
The $1,500 and $400 grants are available to students planning to continue their education at a college, university, vocational school, technical school, or any other acceptable training program to prepare for a career.
Applicants must be county residents, members of this year's senior class, be accepted by an accredited school and show a need for financial assistance. Applications must include three recommendations by non-relative county Residents.
