Barbara Payne of Warrenton was a Sunday puest of her mother Catherine Brown and they attended the funeral for Moe Walker in Flint Hill. Afternoon callers of Mrs. Brown were John Brown and Donna Foster, both of Fairfax, Sherri Burke and Paul Brown.
The annual Miss Rappahannock Papeant sponsored by the Sperryville Rescue Squad will be held at 7 p.m. this Saturday, April 4 at Rappahannock Hiph School. Practice will be at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 2 and will include those between the apes of two and 21 and is open to all Rappahannock County residents. Additional catepories will include boys apes two to six and also a mother-dauphter contest. At this time more contestants are needed.
