Middle Street show reception
A reception will be held at the Middle Street Gallery in Washington, Va., 4 p.m.-7 p.m. Saturday, April 4, featuring artists James Johnson and Peter Exton. Their works are on display at the gallery through April 26.
Johnson's drawings and Exton's lathturned wood objects will be featured at the gallery.
Middle Street invites artists to submit slides for a juried exhibition, "Earth, Air, Fire and Water: The Elements," May 1 -May 31. All media formats, including outdoor sculpture and installations, are eligible. The theme is works whose content addressed the alchemy of the creative process.
