• Michael Clem, 31, of Culpeper, was charged with possession of marguana after being stopped by Trooper S.M. Knick at 9:45 p.m. March 28, said Sgt. Morris.
Clem was operating a 1981 Oldsmobile on U.S. 211 at the intersection of Route 639 when he was pulled over for an equipment violation, said Sgt. Morris. A subsequent search revealed suspected marguana.
