PAID POLITICAL ADVERTISEMENT The Rappahannock County Democratic Committee hereby announces that it will hold a caucus at April 13, 1998 at 7:30 P.M. at the Rappahannock County courthouse in Washington, Virginia, for the purpose of electing delegatee and alternates to the Tenth District Convention and the State Democratic Convention to be held on June B Sr 6 1992 in Roanoke, Virginia.

The Tenth District Convention will nominate a nojynn*t4» to the U.S. House, elect delegates to the National Democratic Convention and conduct such other business as required. The District Convention will be held at May 23 at 11 A.M. at the Fauquier County High School, 708 Waterloo Road in Warrenton, Virginia.

The 1992 State Democratic Convention will oonvene for the purpose of electing members of the Democratic National Committee, and electing delegates to the Democratic National Convention. The Convention shall oontlnue until all business set forth in aooordanoe with the 1992 Call and any subsequent agenda provided by the Convention Rules Committee, shall be completed.

Any person attending a caucus, before participating in that caucus, shall sign a standardized declaration form, stating that he or she is a Democrat, does not Intend to support any candidate who is opposed to a democratic nominee in the ensuing general election, is not a member of any other political party, and is a registered voter in such precinct or oounty or city. Declaration forms must be filled out a the caucus site proor to 7:30 P.M. Doors to the caucus will be dosed at this time and no person may oomplete a form or enter the caucus site after this time with the exception of those persons in line at the above mentioned time.

Persons wishing to be delegatee or alternates to these conventions must prefile, with the chair of the Rappahannock County Democratic Committee or his designees listed below. They must also pay a *20.00 administrative fee or sign a waiver. All forms must be received prior to 8:00 P.M.. April 8, 1992.
