“The only way for them to win is through deceit and outright lies. This is made worse when I remember that Mr. Baumgardner was an elected official in this county in the past. Mr. Krebser is supposed to be a doctor in Washington, Va. and a member of the Planning Commission of Rappahannock County, and writes about Sen. Miller ‘no one knew he existed.’ It’s a shame we can’t feel the same about him,” said Mr. Frazier in the letter. Mr. Baumgardner is a former Rappahannock Commonwealth’s attorney, now a lawyer in private practice in Washington, Va.
“I responded to negative campaigning with negative campaigning,” said Mr. Frazier this week.
