At his funeral last weekend, Rev. Merlin Shorb said, “He was obviously one of the friendliest folks on this side of the gap, and probably also on the other side. For our own edification, he wasn’t afraid to get involved. Moe was active in the fire company, in the Elks Club and in his church. For these reasons alone we will miss him all the more.
