George Robert Embry, 36, of Amissville, was sentenced to three years in prison and two years supervised probation in Rappahannock County Circuit Court June 18. Judge W. Shore Robertson suspended the sentence, but ordered Embry to undergo periodic testing for alcohol abuse.
