PURSUANT to Section 6-1-2 ol the Town ol Washington Subdivision Ordinance and Section 15.1 - 431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday. July 8. 1992, at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse In Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:
TW SUB #92-06-01: Application by Ms. Fredette Eagle for a variation, modification or waiver of the standard for boundary adjustments contained in the definition of 'Subdivision’ in the Town of Washington Subdivision Ordinance. Modification wuld allow a boundary adjustment of applicant s lot such that both it and the neighboring non-conforming lot would remain below the minimum lot size after the adjustment. Allowed under Section 4-1-5.
A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m.
